Poésie Cachée offers standard shipping for all your orders. Shipments are made with Colissimo tracking, ensuring a secure and traceable delivery of your products.

Delivery Times:

• France: 3 to 5 business days

• Europe: 6 to 8 business days

• Worldwide: 10 to 12 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and do not account for any delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, or customs clearance times. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You have 15 days to change your mind and return an item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you can choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend opting for a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
